Dr. Jay Routson spent time in training at the Lincoln, Omaha and San Antonio VA hospitals and clinics.
Since residency, he has worked in traditional internal medicine private practice, as a residency teaching attending, emergency physician, hospitalist, intensivist, medical director, and department chair.
Dr. Routson first joined Northern Arizona VA Health Care System (NAVAHCS) in 2011 and cumulatively has over 13 years’ experience at NAVAHCS. He appreciates the opportunity to serve as interim DCOS.
