As of 12/9/24, all Lake Havasu City patients will be seen at our new clinic located at 145 Park Ave., Lake Havasu City, AZ. Our old location on Mesquite Ave. will no longer be in use. The new clinic's hours of operation are 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. The phone number remains the same.
