Updating your flu and COVID vaccine is more important than ever this year to minimize the risk of illness and possible hospitalization.

VA Northern Indiana is offering flu and COVID vaccinations at the Fort Wayne, Marion, Defiance, Huntington, Muncie, Mishawaka and Peru locations for flu and COVID (Moderna) vaccinations.

Flu and COVID vaccinations are offered to Veterans at every face-to-face scheduled appointment. If Veterans do not have an appointment and want to receive the flu and COVID vaccination, Veterans can call their primary care team to be seen or come receive the vaccines during our walk-in hours.

Veterans are asked to bring a VA healthcare ID, wear a loose-fitting, short sleeve shirt.

FORT WAYNE CAMPUS

  • Walk-In hours (Bldg 1/PACT lobby): 8:00 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. - 3:30 p.m.

After business hours: vaccinations will be given in the ER.

MARION CAMPUS

  • Walk-In hours (Bldg 172-1D Urgent Care): 8:00 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. - 3:30 p.m.

After business hours: vaccinations will be given in the building 172-1D Urgent Care until 6:30 p.m.

HOOSIER VA CLINIC

  • Walk-In hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.

JACKIE WALORSKI VA CLINIC

  • Walk-In hours (Rm. A125 near main entrance): Monday - Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.

MUNCIE VA CLINIC

  • Walk-In hours: Monday - Friday, 1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.

HUNTINGTON VA CLINIC

  • Walk-In hours: Tuesdays and Thursdays, 1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. during regular office hours.

DEFIANCE VA CLINIC

  • Walk-In hours: Tuesdays and Thursdays, 2:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. during regular office hours.
