In addition to individual Customer Support from Tungsten, the following training videos are available. We understand that our supplier community at times have questions regarding the functionality and process to submit invoices, supporting documentation, obtain invoice status updates as well as administrate Tungsten's Vendor Web Portal.

  1. Login (email address and password required)
  2. Go to Help & Support (located at top right side of page)
  3. Go to Open a Support Ticket (located in orange section on right side of page)
  4. Provide details related to issues
  5. Submit support ticket
