VA's Ombudsman

Pursuant to VA Acquisition Regulation (VAAR) 816.505, VA’s Task-Order and Delivery-Order Ombudsman was the Associate Deputy Assistant Secretary (ADAS) for Acquisition.  However, on April 16, 2012, a class deviation from VAAR 801.304 was issued to change the Deputy Senior Procurement Executive (DSPE) designation from the ADAS for Acquisition, since this position no longer exists, to the ADAS for Procurement Policy, Systems, and Oversight, thereby transferring all associated duties to include VA Task-Order and Delivery-Order Ombudsman.
