VA's Task-Order and Delivery-Order Ombudsman

The VA’s task-order and delivery-order ombudsman is the Associate Executive Director for Procurement Policy, Systems, and Oversight.

Please refer to VA Acquisition Regulation (VAAR) 816.505, Ordering, for specifics. To submit a complaint to the ombudsman regarding a task or delivery order, please send a full description of your complaint along with relevant order information, such as task or delivery order number, indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) number, solicitation number, and name of contracting officer to AcquisitionRMCS@va.gov. Contracting officers will be notified of any complaints submitted to the task-order and delivery-order ombudsman.
