Executive Support Manager
Bill Berry is the Executive Support Manager, for the Office of Acquisition, Logistics, and Construction (OALC). He serves as the senior administrative staff adviser to the Chief of Staff, the Deputy Principal Executive Director, and the Principal Executive Director. In this capacity, he is responsible for planning, processing, and governing a broad range of general administrative, calendar and travel management, human resource, security, budgetary, funding/manpower management and data analysis functions throughout the organization.
Bill joined the Department of Veterans Affairs in 2019. He is a United States Air Force Veteran with 26 years of active duty. Additionally, he served as the Deputy Director of Operations at the National Defense University, as well as four years in the private sector as a District Manager with Sodexo Health Support Services. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Public Administration from Slippery Rock University in Pennsylvania and a master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Chapman University in California.
