Stacey St. Holder

Stacey St. Holder is the Chief of Staff, Office of Acquisition, Logistics, and Construction (OALC). Ms. St. Holder serves as an advisor to OALC’s Principal Executive Director and Deputy Executive Director on the entire scope of operations associated with overseeing Department-wide acquisition and logistics management, major construction, and major leasing of VA real property. She also oversees the day-to-day operational management of the OALC Front Office, which is responsible for executive support and resource management, as well as, strategic planning, strategic communications, and employee engagement.

Ms. St. Holder is a Veterans Affairs professional with over 24 years of diverse experience, having served in the Veterans Benefits Administration, Veterans Health Administration, the Office of the Secretary, and the Office of Enterprise Integration before joining OALC in 2013. She is a native New Yorker and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics with a certificate in Finance from the City University of the City College of New York. Ms. St. Holder is a 2019 VA Congressional Fellow, Excellence in Government Senior Fellow, has a Senior Level Federal Acquisition Certification in Program and Project Management, and is a VA Certified Mentor.
