Customer Advocacy and Vendor Advisory Service (CAVAS) offers the classes listed below in an hour long session. Upon request, training will be provided via Live Meeting, or in person in the Washington DC area. CAVAS conducts training during the 1st, 2nd and 3rd quarters of the fiscal year.
