Accessories (for Hearing Aids and Other Devices)

Accessories are available from the VA Denver Logistics Center (DLC).  There are a variety of accessories available for hearing aids and other devices.  Please note that these accessories are limited to items that can be easily replaced by the user of the hearing aid or device.

How to Order

Veterans who have hearing aids or other associated devices authorized by the VA may order accessories from the DLC.  There are several ways to order:

  1. Use the blue VA Form 2346, Request for Batteries and Accessories, card/envelope received with your initial or latest battery order.  Complete the form and mail it to the DLC at the address provided on the form.
  2. If you do not have a copy of the VA Form 2346, you can request a copy from the VA Audiology clinic that provides your care or contact the DLC Customer Service Section at dalc.css@va.gov or by phone at (303) 273-6200.
