A proud alumna of the University of the Pacific, Gloriann earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree, laying a strong foundation for her career in pharmacy. She further expanded her education by completing a Post-Graduate Year One (PGY-1) Residency at the VA Palo Alto Health Care System, where she developed a deep understanding of clinical pharmacy practices and patient-centered care.

With over 12 years of leadership experience, Gloriann is dedicated to fostering a culture of excellence within her team. She believes in empowering her staff and creating an innovative work environment. Gloriann is also a graduate of the VA’s Leadership Development Institute (LDI), where she refined her skills in strategic thinking and organizational leadership.

Before her current role, Gloriann made significant contributions as a Clinical Pharmacist, managing specialized clinics focused on Anticoagulation, Diabetes, Women’s Health, and Hep C. Her dedication to patient care earned her the prestigious 2011 Under Secretary for Health Pharmacy Award in Excellence in Pharmacy Practice, a testament to her impact in the field.
