The Palo Alto VA celebrates Patient Experience (PX) Week. PX Week is an annual event celebrating health care staff who improve the patient experience each and every day. When patients have a positive patient experience, they also have better outcomes. By listening to patients, we can better understand their journey and evolve practices to meet their needs.
Monday, April 28 – VA’s National Day of Thanks
Kick off PX Week by learning about the Patient Experience (PX) Office, meeting the PX staff, and taking a photo with our PX signs.
Tuesday, April 29 – The VA Way, PX Tools and Resources
Discover the various resources and services that VA Palo Alto offers. Come and learn how we can support you.
Wednesday, April 30 – Wellness Wednesday: Staying VA Strong
Join us in the Community Garden outside Building 100. The PX Office has partnered with Whole Health and the Master Gardeners of Santa Clara County to provide gardening tips and answer your questions.
