Dr. Ngan F. Huang, PhD, is the Co-Director of Mentored Research Programs at VA Palo Alto health care.
She is also the Research Education & Outreach Coordinator within the Research Admin Office. She is a Research Career Scientist whose research focuses on bioengineering and stem cell-based strategies to treat cardiovascular and muscle diseases.
Dr. Huang holds an appointment as Associate Professor of Cardiothoracic Surgery at the Stanford School of Medicine. She co-directs the VA Palo Alto Summer Internship Program and leads career development activities for early career faculty and staff.
