New update to the performance dashboard
VA.gov is now using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) for data analytics. Due to this switch, you may notice changes in the reported numbers starting July 1, 2024. This change will provide a deeper understanding of how people use VA.gov and is built to work well with new technology and privacy rules.

Signed in users: The total count of users who have signed in to VA.gov over the last 12 months, using ID.me, MyHealthVet, or DS Logon.
User satisfaction: An average monthly score that measures satisfaction based on a user's feedback for different VA.gov services.
Successful transactions: The total count of completed actions taken on VA.gov over the last 12 months. This includes applications submitted (e.g. health care, education, etc.), health appointments scheduled, claim statuses checked, benefit letters downloaded, and all other transactions completed using VA.gov tools.
