“Lunch & Learn for Veterans” at the Varnum Armory Vet Café for Veterans 65+ Coming to East Greenwich August 20

The Rhode Island Office of Veterans Services and Meals on Wheels of Rhode Island invite Veterans age 65 and older to join us for a Lunch & Learn—a special Vet Café event—on Wednesday, August 20, 2025, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the historic Varnum Armory (6 Main St, East Greenwich, RI).

Enjoy a free lunch and coffee while connecting with fellow Veterans and learning about the services available to you. Representatives from the VA Providence enrollment team and the Veterans Benefits Administration will be on hand to answer questions, assist with VA health care enrollment, and help you get the most out of your benefits.

Whether you’re looking for information or just good conversation over a great meal, this event offers both in a welcoming, Veteran-focused setting.
