Justyn Charon

Justyn Charon is a Public Affairs Specialist at VA Providence, leveraging a background in Military and Veteran Affairs. With five years of service in the United States Marine Corps as an 81mm mortarman with 1st Battalion, 8th Marines, Justyn offers a deeply rooted understanding of military life. A graduate of the Congressional Wounded Warrior Fellowship Program, he spent four years at Rhode Island’s 2nd Congressional District Office, where he managed the Military/Veterans portfolio. During this time, he also led the Military/Veterans Advisory Committee and the Service Academy Selection Committee. Justyn’s dedication to Veteran support continued as he managed the Providence Vet Center’s Veteran Outreach Program for three years, underscoring his commitment to aiding Veterans in their transition to civilian life and ensuring they access crucial services.
