Building Pathways: Employment Resource Center Partners with SENEDIA
Veterans learn about Job Opportunities available through the Defense Partnership Program.

The Employment Resource Center (ERC) collaborated with SENEDIA – The Alliance for Defense Tech, Talent, and Innovation to connect Veterans and students with career opportunities in the defense sector.
The presentation highlighted the Defense Partnership Industry Program and Real Jobs RI, which aim to expand the defense workforce pipeline through internships and direct-hire positions.
Attendees gained insight into Rhode Island’s growing defense industry and learned how to leverage their skills for rewarding civilian careers.
