By Justyn Charon, Public Affairs Specialist

VA Providence and the University of Rhode Island teamed up to host an engaging and informative session to help Veterans better understand how to maximize their VA education benefits.

Held as part of our ongoing outreach and support efforts, the event showcased how Veterans can pursue degrees across more than 90 majors at URI—turning military experience into academic and career success.

Veterans had the opportunity to learn how GI Bill benefits align with URI’s flexible programs, ask questions about the application process, and connect with experts committed to helping them succeed in the classroom and beyond.

Special thanks to Kimberly Kralicky and the VA Providence Employment Resource Center for organizing the session and helping our Veterans take the next step in their educational journey.
