Connecting Veterans to Care at VetConnect Fall Edition

VA Providence hosted its Fall Edition of VetConnect, a cornerstone outreach event designed to connect Veterans with resources, benefits, and leadership in one place.

The event was led by Associate Director Erin Clare Sears and Associate Director for Patient Care/Nurse Executive Ashley Spellman, who hosted a Town Hall discussion where Veterans asked questions and received direct answers about care access, benefits, and upcoming VA initiatives.

Representatives from the Outreach Team, Caregiver Support, the Employment Resource Center, Toxic Exposures and the Women Veterans Program were on-site to meet with attendees and provide one-on-one assistance.

The event underscored VA Providence’s ongoing commitment to transparency and Veteran engagement, ensuring every Veteran feels heard, supported, and empowered in their health care journey.
