VA Providence honored Women’s Equality Day 2025 on Tuesday, August 26, in the Main Lobby, recognizing the ongoing contributions and sacrifices of Women Veterans.

The event featured resource tables dedicated to healthcare eligibility, mental health services, and programs designed to support the unique needs of Women Veterans. Staff and volunteers highlighted the progress women have made within the military and the VA, while reaffirming the system’s commitment to ensuring equitable access to care and benefits. Attendees had the opportunity to engage directly with representatives from enrollment, mental health, and women’s health services, building stronger connections to the resources they’ve earned through service.
