Fueling Wellness: VA Providence Hosts “Supporting Your Energy Levels” Workshop

This week, our Nutrition team brought the energy—literally—during the latest Healthy Teaching Kitchen session: Supporting Your Energy Levels.
Veterans learned practical, food-based strategies to fight fatigue, boost stamina, and make smarter choices throughout the day.
A big thank-you to Lynn Leclair, Informatics Dietitian, and Lily Curreri, Registered Dietitian, for organizing and leading the class with expertise, enthusiasm, and plenty of useful tips. Events like these empower Veterans to take control of their health—one meal at a time.
