The Healthy Teaching Kitchen hosted a session titled “Stocking Up Your Kitchen and Food Budgeting,” offering Veterans practical tools for managing grocery expenses while maintaining healthy diets.
Dietitians provided live demonstrations and shared tips for affordable meal planning, portion control, and nutrition label literacy.
The event reflected VA Providence’s whole health approach—empowering Veterans with knowledge to improve both physical and financial well-being.
