VA Providence’s Healthy Teaching Kitchen kicked off its July classes with “Cracking the Carbohydrate Code".

This was a fun and informative session led by VA Providence dietitians Lynn Leclair and Lily Curreri. Veterans learned how to identify healthy carbs, balance blood sugar, and make smarter choices in the kitchen.

The interactive class empowered Veterans with tools to take control of their nutrition—one bite at a time. Big thanks to Lynn and Lily for making healthy eating more accessible and engaging!
