“Next Mission: Hired” VA Providence Hosts Veteran Job Fair to Connect Heroes with Career Opportunities

VA Providence’s Employment Resource Center recently hosted a Veteran Job Fair in our 5th floor auditorium, welcoming job-seeking Veterans, transitioning service members, and military spouses to explore new career opportunities.
The event brought together local employers, federal agencies, and Veteran-focused organizations—all eager to hire those who have served. Attendees had the chance to connect directly with recruiters, share résumés, and even participate in on-the-spot interviews.
The fair also featured support services to assist with everything from résumé building to navigating federal employment, ensuring Veterans left with both opportunities and tools for success.
