Opening Doors to Opportunity

VA Providence’s Employment Resource Center (ERC) recently hosted a Coworx hiring event, connecting Veterans with meaningful employment opportunities and direct access to recruiters ready to support their next career step.
The event provided Veterans with the chance to learn more about available positions, ask questions one-on-one, and gain insight into workplace expectations and career pathways. By bringing employers directly to our campus, the ERC continues to reduce barriers to employment and support Veterans as they transition their skills into the civilian workforce.
This event was made possible through the dedicated efforts of Rosemarie Aponte Martinez, whose coordination and attention to detail ensured a welcoming, organized, and Veteran-focused experience. Her commitment to supporting Veteran employment continues to have a direct and positive impact on those we serve.
