On October 3rd, the VA Providence Medical Center became a hub of hope and opportunity as it opened its doors to host the Compensated Work Therapy (CWT) job fair hosted by the Employment Resource Center's Program Manager Kim Kralicky and her team.

The mission was clear: to empower Veterans by connecting them with local employers eager to tap into the incredible skills and dedication they bring. Veterans from all walks of life filed into the event, each carrying a unique story and a strong desire to embark on their next career journey.

Booths representing a diverse array of local businesses and organizations spoke with Veterans and mingled with fellow employers. Job fairs like these are a conduit for meaningful connections, allowing Veterans to showcase their talents and experiences while offering local employers a chance to harness the valuable skills honed during military service. It was a day filled with promise, where the commitment to service that defined these Veterans met with opportunities that held the promise of brighter futures.
