Gender The gender of the physician or other healthcare professional.
Field The clinical service to which the provider is assigned at the VA medical center.
Location The name of facility in our network
Board Certification Board certification is a time limited credential that may be from one of many board certifying bodies including those recognized by the American Board of Medical Specialties (ABMS), American Board of Physician Specialties (ABPS) (MD) and American Osteopathic Association (AOA) for physicians. Maintenance of board certification is not a VHA requirement.
Licensed The state(s) in which the healthcare professional may be (or has been) licensed. Active and unrestricted licensure may be held from any State, Territory, Commonwealth, or District of Columbia and may be used to practice in any VHA facility regardless of location.
Education School where provider earned their qualifying degree (MD, DO, etc.)
