Roseburg VA Virtual Health Resource Center Offers Beneficiary Travel Self-Service System (BTSSS) Class

Roseburg, OR (July 31, 2024) -- The Virtual Health Resource Center (VHRC) is offering a 90-minute class on setting up and using VA's online Beneficiary Travel Self Service System. This class is limited to five participants and will take place on August 12th, 2024, at 2:00 p.m.

If you are interested in attending the class, you can sign up by visiting the Roseburg VA Medical Center (VAMC) Building 16, Room A109, or by calling 541-440-1000, ext. 44428.

For those signed up, you will need to bring the following items to create your secure login account:

1. A mobile phone (smartphone) or any other device with internet connectivity.
2. Access to your email on your mobile device (smartphone or another device).
3. An unexpired driver’s license, state identification, passport, or passport card with your most current address is required to set up a secure login with Login.gov or ID.me.
4. Your Veteran’s Health Identification Card.

The VHRC intends to offer more classes on the VA's Virtual Care resources and tools in the future. These classes will be posted on our Roseburg VA Health Care System (RVAHCS) Events webpage and RVAHCS Facebook page.
