Pharmacy Residency Training
VA San Diego Healthcare System is pleased to offer multiple PGY1 and PGY2 residency training opportunities following the Regulations and Accreditation Standards established by the Commission on Credentialing of the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists (ASHP).
As of October 2025, 10 residency programs are fully accredited by ASHP and 1 program is in candidate status.
