Dr. Michael Jacobs is a Fellow in the American College of Prosthodontists and a Diplomate of the American Board of Prosthodontics.

Dr. Jacobs served as an Air Force Dental Officer and left the Air Force at the rank of Colonel.
He joined SFVA in 2001 as the Director of the SFVA Dental General Practice residency for 19 years and currently he is the Prosthodontic Site Director at the SFVA.
