South Santa Rosa VA Clinic Expands Services for Veterans

Santa Rosa VA Clinic South

Sonoma County Veterans now have access to our new VA clinic, specifically designed with their health care needs in mind.

The new clinic, Santa Rosa VA Clinic South officially opened on August 15, 2022. With two clinics now in Santa Rosa, many more Veterans will now have easier access to care right in their backyard, saving them the lengthy trip to San Francisco.

The new clinic is just under 58,000 square feet, and this expanded footprint will allow for a dynamic team model for primary care, as well as provide ample space to expand mental health and other specialty care services. Services available at the new Santa Rosa VA South Clinic include:

  • Primary Care Podiatry
  • Dermatology Vascular
  • Mental Health Social Work
  • Women’s Health Physical Therapy
  • Chiropractor Acupuncture
  • Prosthetics Telemedicine
  • Orthopedics Radiology
  • Pharmacy Laboratory
  • Member Services Patient Advocate

To commemorate the new clinic, a ribbon cutting ceremony was held on Wednesday, August 24, 2022.  At the ceremony, we had several special guests and speakers: Congressman Mike Thompson, California’s 5th District; Congressman Jared Huffman, California’s 2nd District; Mr. John Brandecker, Network Director, VA Sierra Pacific Network, (VISN 21); Dr. Toby Underwood, Nurse Executive, VA Sierra Pacific Network, (VISN 21); Mr. Scott MacRae, Deputy Associate Executive Director, Office of Real Property, Construction and Facility Management, Department of Veterans Affairs; and Mr. Josh Hausman, Owner and Lead Developer JTW Development LLC.  To view a video of the ceremony.
