FROM AIRPORT/CAROLINA: When exiting the airport follow the signs to San Juan taking Ave. Baldorioty de Castro/PR-26 Oeste - San Juan, Isla Verde. Driving approximately 4 miles from the airport, take the exit to PR-22 Hato Rey, Bayamón, Caguas. You will go through a short tunnel. Keep going straight and follow signs to PR-18 Sur, Río Piedras, Caguas, Ponce. Take exit into Expreso José de Diego/PR-22 Oeste. Drive approximately 2 minutes and take exit 7B, onto PR 165/PR-24, Buchanan-San Patricio. Pass a traffic light; the Regional Office building will be on your right side at the second traffic light. (Travel time: approximately 9 miles, 12 minutes from the airport).
FROM BAYAMON (Expreso José De Diego): When exiting the Buchanan Toll, drive approximately 1 mile and take the first exit to the right, 4B. Pass two traffic lights; the Regional Office building will be on your right side at the second traffic light.
FROM CAGUAS (Expresso Luis A. Ferré): When exiting Expreso Luis A. Ferré into PR 18 drive approximately 5 miles and take exit to PR-22, Bayamón Expreso José de Diego/PR-22. Drive approximately 2 minutes and take exit 7B, onto PR 165/PR-24, Buchanan San Patricio. Pass a traffic light; the Regional Office building will be on your right side at the second traffic light.
When you visit, please bring a current, unexpired photo ID.

If you have a service-connected condition, you can file a claim for disability benefits 180 to 90 days before you leave the military. We can guide you through the disability compensation process. If you've already filed a claim, we can help you check the status. If you need help with the IDES process, we may refer you to your Physical Evaluation Board Liaison Officer (PEBLO) and a VA Military Services Coordinator (MSC) to assist and advise.
