Picture of Breanna 'Bre' WilsonBre brings years of experience cultivating partnerships and building effective community relationships at local VA Medical Centers including at Madison Wisconsin and Little Rock Arkansas. As a Portfolio Manager in the Secretary’s Center for Strategic Partnership, she is thrilled to continue to facilitate partnerships supporting Veterans now at a national level. Since joining the office, she has brought high energy just in time to support the Anywhere to Anywhere, Together Summit. She managed the VA staff and Presidential Management Fellows who volunteered at the Summit and continues to be involved in implementing partnerships that were launched at the event. Bre is a key point of contact for the office’s most active partners. She also leads the efforts to solidify partnerships with memorandums of agreement, ensuring leaders from the partnering organizations and senior leadership within the VA are aware of and have a path forward to implement the new partnership programs.

Bre’s VA career started at the Madison, Wisconsin VA Medical Center (VAMC) working in the Patient Administration Office. Her responsibilities grew to include serving as a VA Mobility Manager for Beneficiary Travel Office, working with Veteran eligibilities and admissions for the medical center. Bre recently completed the Technical Career Field (TCF) program in the Voluntary Service specialty at the Little Rock/N. Little Rock VAMCs in Arkansas. The two-year training program prepares participants to fill critically identified positions through preceptor mentoring, curriculum developed by experts in the field. The hands-on training and diverse experience in the field makes Bre an invaluable asset to the team.

Bre received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Administration from the University of Wisconsin – Oshkosh. She plans to start her master’s degree in the fall.
