Duane Gill FACHE

Mr. Gill has been serving as the Director of the Montana VA Health Care System in Fort Harrison, Montana, since June 2024, and will continue in that position. His temporary role as Special Advisor to the VISN 19 Network Director on Sheridan VA Health Care System oversight will be absorbed into his Interim Director role.

In this dual leadership role, Mr. Gill will oversee operations, planning and delivery of high-quality care to Veterans across both regions. Mr. Gill brings a commitment to Veteran-centered care, innovation in healthcare delivery, and understanding of rural markets in his leadership.

During this interim period, this leadership structure represents an opportunity in our mission for enhanced collaboration, streamlining of services, and strengthening and continuity of care for Veterans across Montana and Wyoming.
