What to do if you can't make your appointment...

Please don't no show for an appointment. please call us to cancel instead.

We understand that things happen in our daily lives. It's okay.

If you are able to let us know when you will not make your appointment, we can work to offer this time to another Veteran awaiting care. 

Many clinics offer services like automated calls or text messages that allow an opportunity to cancel, confirm or reschedule appointments. If you don't receive these currently, ask about them during your next appointment to see if it is available.
