As individuals who have served our nation, you understand the importance of readiness and collective responsibility. With the flu season upon us, we have a mission to protect the health of ourselves, our families, and our communities by getting the annual flu shot.

Convenient Walk-In Clinics 

To make it easy for you to get vaccinated, the VA Sierra Nevada Health Care System (VASNHCS) offers convenient walk-in days and times at our primary care clinic sites. No appointment is necessary:

  • Reno Main Campus Primary Care - Starting September 29, 2025 Walk-ins Monday-Friday, 8:30 am - 12 pm & 1 - 4 pm
  • East Campus -Starting September 29, 2025 Walk-ins Monday-Friday, 7 am - 4:45 pm
  • North Campus - Starting September 29, 2025 Walk-ins Monday-Friday, 8:30 am - 12 pm & 1 - 4 pm
  • Capitol Hill Clinic - Starting September 29, 2025 Walk-ins Monday-Friday, 8 am - 3:30 pm
  • Susanville - Starting September 29, 2025 Walk-ins Monday-Friday, 8 am - 4 pm
  • Carson Valley - Starting September 29, 2025 Walk-ins Monday-Friday, 2 - 4 pm
  • Fallon - Starting September 29, 2025 Walk-ins Monday-Friday, 2 - 4 pm
  • Winnemucca - Starting September 29, 2025 Walk-ins Monday & Tuesday, 2 - 4 pm

 

Flu Shots During Appointments

You can also receive your flu shot during any scheduled face-to-face appointments with your VA provider. Ask your provider during your visit, and they will be happy to administer the flu vaccine.
