Ben Busey has been an RN for fifteen years, including extensive clinical and leadership experience across a wide variety of health care settings.
As a USAF veteran, he has loved serving within the VA for the past nine years with the Roseburg VA HCS as a charge nurse, nurse manager, and associate chief nurse. Ben spent most of his childhood in south-central Kentucky and holds an MSN, a BSN, and a B.S. in Exercise Science. Professionally, he has passion for excellence in evidence-based clinical care, patient and staff education, and variation redundancy practices while heavily promoting a team-oriented environment. He and his wife (Stephanie) have three children between the ages of nine and sixteen, and they love spending time in the beautiful outdoors of Oregon.
