Mr. Skiff previously served as the White City VA Facilities Management Chief in 2019.
and then Acting Business Office Service Chief in December 2021.
He retired from the U.S. Navy in 2019 as a Captain after 30 years, commanding at the squadron and installation levels. He participated in most of the major military campaigns during this time period. He has logged over 3500 flight hours as a naval aviator, while wrapping up his career as the operations officer at the U.S. Navy’s THIRD Fleet.
Rick received his Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Virginia Military Institute and his Master of Arts degree in Finance from Webster University.
