Ms. Sarah Boardman was appointed Associate Director in January 2021. Ms. Boardman previously served as the Executive Assistant to the Medical Center Director.
Ms. Boardman began her VA career in 2009 at Audie L. Murphy VA Medical Center in San Antonio, TX and served in various administrative roles across multiple health care systems in South Texas and the Pacific Northwest. In her current role, Ms. Boardman maintains responsibility for administrative operations including Engineering, Finance, Health Care Administration, Police, Supply Chain Management, Environmental Management and Voluntary Service. Ms. Boardman earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech Communication from the University of Washington and holds a Master of Science degree in Management and Leadership.
