Spinal Cord Injury team Honored by Veteran
The Spinal Cord Injury (SCI) unit at the Syracuse VA Medical Center was honored with an I CARE Award, presented by Kimberly Walters, a U.S. Army Veteran who has spent some time in the unit’s care.
The I CARE Award recognizes VA employees who demon straight the core values of Integrity, Commitment, Advocacy, Respect, and Excellence in their service to Veterans. Kimberly’s decision to present the award to the SCI team is a testament to their compassion, dedication, and exceptional care.
