Team Tampa participates in the National Veterans Golden Age Games

Veterans from James A. Haley Veterans Hospital #TeamTampa prepared for the National Veterans Golden Age Games in Memphis, Tennessee for the last year.
The games are underway where Veterans are showing their skill at different venues throughout the city, May 31 to June 6th. They have been training and they are in the height of competition.
“This is my 16th year participating in the games, said Golden Age Games Hall of Famer, Victor Rivera. It is great to practice with the team each year and meet with fellow Veterans during the games, where we build bonds of comradery, get great exercise and of course, win!”
The 2025 Tampa VA National Veterans Golden Age Games team look forward to the camaraderie and fellowship of competing with other Veterans. The next NVGAG will be in Tampa, Fl. next summer. We hope to see you there.
