Prepare for your visit
Parking – free parking is available outside the entrance of the Blanchfield Army Community Hospital. It’s recommended you park at the C entrance as this is closest to the Fort Campbell VA Clinic.
Transportation services and schedules – A free shuttle service is available and offered by VA volunteers when staffing allows. The shuttle is available Tuesday and Friday from 7:30 – 11:30 a.m. and Wednesdays 12:30 – 3:30 p.m. dependent upon volunteer staffing.
Access to post – When arriving for your appointment, we recommend entering from Gate 7 or 4. Gate 4 is closest to the Fort Campbell VA Clinic. As you arrive to Gate 4, show a valid Veterans ID, driver’s license, or your military ID to enter the Fort Campbell Army Post.
You'll take a right on Bastogne Ave and the Blanchfield Army Community Hospital parking lot will be on your left. You'll need to enter the parking lot closest to the C entrance. Enter from the C entrance and take the elevators to the top floor, and you'll arrive to the Fort Campbell VA Clinic.

If you’d like to enroll, please call our enrollment coordinator at 931-645-3552 ext. 64132. You may also enroll in person at our Fort Campbell VA Clinic every Tuesday and Thursday from 7:30 a.m. – 4 p.m.
