Visitations are between the hours of 6:00 am and 10:00 pm.
Outbreak Status: Only 1 visitor per resident at a time (but special permission will be granted to any visitor requiring assistance due to cognitive impairment or physical disability to allow an additional visitor to accompany them).
Stages 1, 2, and 3: Only 2 visitors per resident at a time.
Visitation does not need to be scheduled.
Visitors must wear facemasks and use hand sanitizer when entering & exiting CLC.
Visitors must sign in and be screened at the Nurse's Station on the unit.
