Entitlement to an initial compensable rating for traumatic brain injury (TBI) with memory loss is remanded. Entitlement to an initial rating in excess of 50 percent for other specified trauma or stressor related disorder is remanded. REASONS FOR REMAND The Veteran served on active duty from June 2010 to November 2014. Since the issuance of the October 2015 statement of the case (SOC), additional medical evidence has been added to the records to include a VA vocational counseling report. The Board finds that current examinations should also be conducted given that over four years have passed since the most recent VA compensation examinations were conducted in 2014. The matters are REMANDED for the following action: 1. Schedule appropriate VA examinations to obtain medical evidence addressing the severity of the Veteran’s service-connected TBI, migraine headaches, psychiatric disability, and bilateral shoulder disabilities. All necessary diagnostic testing and evaluation should be performed, and all clinical findings reported in detail. If possible, the appropriate Disability Benefits Questionnaire (DBQ) should be completed. 2. Then readjudicate the claims.
