Entitlement to a disability rating in excess of 10 percent for chondromalacia, left knee, with degenerative arthritis, is remanded. Entitlement to a special monthly pension is remanded. Entitlement to a total disability rating based on individual unemployability (TDIU) is remanded. REASONS FOR REMAND 1. Entitlement to service connection for an acquired psychiatric disorder, claimed as PTSD and depression, is remanded. 2. Entitlement to a disability rating in excess of 10 percent for chondromalacia, right knee, with degenerative arthritis, is remanded. 3. Entitlement to a disability rating in excess of 10 percent for chondromalacia, left knee, with degenerative arthritis, is remanded. 4. Entitlement to a special monthly pension is remanded. 5. Entitlement to TDIU is remanded. In October 2017, the Board remanded the issues on appeal for additional development. The Agency of Original Jurisdiction (AOJ) issued proper Veterans Claims Assistance Act (VCAA) notice, obtained outstanding treatment records, and scheduled the Veteran for new psychiatric and knee examinations, but there is no indication the AOJ readjudicated the issues on appeal or issued a supplemental statement of the case (SSOC) as directed by the Board. As a result, the Board must remand the issues on appeal to ensure compliance with its prior remand directives, as well as applicable VA regulations. See Manlincon v. West, 12 Vet. App. 238 (1999); see also 38 C.F.R. §§ 19.31, 19.37(a). The matters are REMANDED for the following action: Readjudicate the issues on appeal based on all available evidence and issue a SSOC. A. C.
