ORDER
Entitlement to service connection for cutaneous B cell lymphoma to include as secondary to asbestosis, is dismissed.
FINDING OF FACT
On the record, the Veteran, through his representative, expressly withdrew his appeal for entitlement to service connection for cutaneous B cell lymphoma to include as secondary to asbestosis, in an October 2018 statement.
CONCLUSION OF LAW
The criteria for withdrawal of the Veteran’s substantive appeal for entitlement to service connection for cutaneous B cell lymphoma to include as secondary to asbestosis, have been met.  38 U.S.C. § 7105 (2012); 38 C.F.R. §§ 20.202, 20.204 (2018).

REASONS AND BASES FOR FINDING AND CONCLUSION
The Veteran served on active duty in United States Navy from April 1951 to March 1955.  This matter comes before the Board of Veteran’s appeals (Board) on appeal from a December 2015 rating decision of the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Regional Office (RO) in Winston-Salem, North Carolina.
Entitlement to service connection for cutaneous B cell lymphoma to include as secondary to asbestosis
Under 38 U.S.C. § 7105, the Board may dismiss any appeal that fails to allege specific error of fact or law in the determination being appealed.  Except for appeals withdrawn on the record at a hearing, appeal withdrawals must be in writing.  38 C.F.R. § 20.204.  Withdrawal may be made by the appellant or by his or her authorized representative.  38 C.F.R. § 20.204.  By way of an October 2018 submission from the Veteran’s representative, the Veteran expressly withdrew his appeal for entitlement to service connection for cutaneous B cell lymphoma to.  Thus, there remain no allegations of errors of fact or law for appellate consideration with respect to this issue.  Accordingly, the Board does not have jurisdiction to review the appeal on this matter, and this issue is dismissed.
