Entitlement to service connection for an acquired psychiatric disability is remanded. REASONS FOR REMAND The Veteran served on active duty in the U.S. Army from April 1966 to January 1968. His decorations include the Vietnam Service Medal. This matter comes to the Board of Veterans’ Appeals (Board) on appeal from a January 2014 rating decision issued by the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Regional Office (RO) in Huntington, West Virginia. In August 2017, the Veteran presented testimony before the undersigned. Subsequently, in February 2018, the Board remanded these issues for further development. Entitlement to service connection for a nerve disability of the bilateral lower extremities, to include peripheral neuropathy and radiculopathy, including as secondary to service-connected diabetes mellitus, is remanded. Entitlement to service connection for an acquired psychiatric disability is remanded. The Board acknowledges that the issues of entitlement to service connection for a nerve disability of the bilateral lower extremities, to include peripheral neuropathy and radiculopathy, including as secondary to service-connected diabetes mellitus, and entitlement to service connection for an acquired psychiatric disability are currently pending on appeal. A review of the record shows that the development requested in the February 2018 remand is still in progress. Therefore, a decision on these issues will not be made at this time and the issues are again remanded to the Agency of Original Jurisdiction to complete development. The matter is REMANDED for the following actions: 1. Complete the development requested in the February 2018 Board remand for the issue of entitlement to service connection for a nerve disability of the bilateral lower extremities, to include peripheral neuropathy and radiculopathy, and entitlement to service connection for an acquired psychiatric disability. 2. Then, readjudicate the issues on appeal. If any decision is adverse to the Veteran, issue a supplemental statement of the case and allow the applicable time for response. Then, return the case to the Board. L. Chu Veterans Law Judge Board of Veterans’ Appeals ATTORNEY FOR THE BOARD N. Rasool
