REMANDED
Service connection for Raynaud's syndrome is remanded.
Service connection for cold injury residuals affecting the feet is remanded.
Service connection for cold injury residuals affecting the hands is remanded.
REASONS FOR REMAND
The Veteran served on active duty from November 1950 to October 1952.  This case comes before the Board of Veterans’ Appeals from an April 2007 rating decision.  In February 2016, the Veteran stated that he wished to participate in a hearing before a Decision Review Officer (DRO), and in September 2018, the Veteran’s representative noted the Veteran’s outstanding request for a DRO hearing.  Accordingly, the Veteran should be scheduled to participate in a DRO hearing.  
The matters are REMANDED for the following action:

Schedule the Veteran for a hearing before a Decision Review Officer at the earliest available opportunity.
