Citation Nr: 18145541 Decision Date: 10/29/18 Archive Date: 10/29/18 DOCKET NO. 13-20 946 DATE: October 29, 2018 REMANDED Entitlement to a total disability rating based upon individual unemployability (TDIU). REASONS FOR REMAND The Veteran served on active duty from October 1962 to October 1966. The Board denied the claim for TDIU in a November 2017 decision. The Veteran appealed that decision to the United States Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims (Court). In a June 2018 Order, the Court granted the parties Joint Motion for Remand, vacating and remanding the TDIU claim to the Board. Currently, three other appealed claims, entitlement to service connection for coronary artery disease, a central nervous system disability, and hypertension, are being further developed by the RO pursuant to a November 2017 Board remand. Because the outcome of those appeals bears weight on the issue of entitlement to a TDIU, the Board finds that a remand is necessary. On remand, the issue of entitlement to a TDIU should be readjudicated. The matter is REMANDED for the following action: Following the development and adjudication of the claims for service connection for coronary artery disease, a central nervous system disability, and hypertension as requested by the November 2017 Board remand, develop as necessary and readjudicate the claim for a TDIU.
