REMANDED
Entitlement to an initial rating in excess of 10 percent for residuals of right knee tibial plateau fracture, postoperative, is remanded.
Entitlement to an initial rating in excess of 20 percent for degenerative arthritis of the thoracolumbar spine is remanded.
REASONS FOR REMAND
Subsequent to the September 2017 Board Remand, the Veteran reported treatment at the Brooke Army Medical Center and the San Antonio Military Medical Center.  Despite the fact that such records are located at federal facilities, such records were not requested.
Also, on remand associate updated VA treatment records for the period from June 2, 2015.  
The matters are REMANDED for the following actions:
1. Associate the Veteran’s records from the Brooke Army Medical Center and the San Antonio Military Medical Center.
2. Request updated VA treatment records for the period from June 2, 2015.
