Citation Nr: 18148173 Decision Date: 11/08/18 Archive Date: 11/06/18 DOCKET NO. 16-40 329 DATE: November 8, 2018 REMANDED Entitlement to service connection for blackouts, fainting, and tiredness is remanded. Whether new and material evidence was submitted to reopen the claim for service connection for hip to feet burning sensation is remanded. REASONS FOR REMAND The Veteran served on active duty from July 1976 to November 1976. In May 2018, the Veteran testified at a Travel Board hearing before the undersigned Veterans Law Judge. A transcript of the proceeding has been associated with the claims file. At the hearing, the Veteran presented medical opinions from his treating physician to the undersigned, who indicated that they were to be added to the claims file. However, it appears the opinions were not associated with the record. As the opinions were provided in support of his claims, the Board cannot proceed to a decision until they are added to the claims file. The matters are REMANDED for the following action: Associate with the claims file the medical evidence the Veteran provided at the May 2018 hearing. If needed, contact the Veteran to ensure all previously submitted evidence has been properly added to the record. H.M.
